Dear Parents,
The Morning and Afternoon Music & Language School at JSBM will engage your child in meaningful activities during the current half-day school attendance. The individual English Class & Story Telling will be led by Jeni Watson, who has dedicated her career to Early Years Education. Since 2000, she has been the Principal for ESF Kindergartens and Anfield International Kindergarten, as well as Director of English Studies for Victoria Organisation, shaping Early Years Education in the territory. She is now working with Malvern College Pre- school HK , as well as being involved in Early Years teacher training with Yew Chung College of Early Years Education HK.
The Japanese Playgroup will be taught by the native Japanese speaker Kaori Sensei from Kagoshima. She has developed her teaching method in cooperation with Makoto Kindergarten in Utsunomiya, Japan. Your child will get first-hand experience what does it mean to be a student in Japanese school settings!
New at JSBM is learning German with Bruno the Bear. Following the musical adventures of Bruno the Bear your child will be plunged into a new world, where language and music are taught in unity.
The Jolly Early Years Music is designed to unlock your child's interest and potential regarding music in one to one classes. The piano and violin classes however, will be accompanied by music history lessons about famous composers such as Vivaldi, Handel, Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Smetana, Dvorjak, Tchaikovsky, Saint Saens and others.
If the weather allows, we will also hopefully go to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park and have a mini break there. If not, board games and circle games will round up our offer.
