Patrick Lam, piano
Patrick Lam, borned and raised in Hong Kong, started learning the piano at the age of seven. From year 2006 to 2010 studied in Tianjin Conservatory of Music in China, in the class of Prof. Shen Naifan. From 2010 to 2012, studied in the Akademia Muzyczna im. G. i K. Bacewiczów w Łodzi (Academy of Music in Lodz) in Poland as a master degree student, studying with Prof. Maria Korecka-Soszkowska for piano solo, and with Prof. Bogusław Pikała for chamber music.
Performances in Hong Kong, China and Poland. In May 2010, has given a recital in the concert hall in Tianjin Conservatory of Music. In June 2011, corpoarted with the chamber orchestra of the Academy of Music in Lodz, performing the f minor concerto of F. Chopin, op 21 in Muzeum Miasta Łodzi. (City Museum in Lodz). During the time of studying, he has also studied with Liu Shikun, Choi Sown Le, Tamás Ungár, Cezary Sanecki, Anna Wesołowska-Firlej, Peter Efler, Andrzej Jasiński, etc..
In June 2012, participated in the Val tidone International Piano Competition, which was held in Italy.
In July 2012, participated in Wiener Musikseminar (Vienna Music Seminar), under the class of Prof. Walter Fleischmann. At the same time recommended by the professor to take part in the seminar's competition and concert.
